Michael Lohan Arrested for Probation Violation in Florida

Lindsay Lohan is a famous actress who has been in many movies since she was a child. She has a father who has been in trouble with the law multiple times. He was arrested in Texas on February 21, 2025 for domestic violence. He was placed on probation after that arrest and was arrested once again on March 10 in Palm Beach County, Florida, for violating probation.

The initial arrest occurred after Lohan’s estranged wife accused him of stalking her. She told police she had noticed Lohan’s car while attending a doctor’s appointment, so she was concerned that he was following her. She also detailed numerous incidents of abuse by Lohan dating back to July 2024. One of those incidents included a violent altercation where Lohan allegedly shoved her out of a lawn chair and caused her to suffer bruising.

Lohan’s estranged wife detailed other violent events. She claimed that Lohan hit her with a wooden loafer. She was unable to open her eyes for several days. In another event, she accused Lohan of attempting to strangle her and bite her on the neck when she refused to engage in sexual activity with him. He also punched her on several occasions, showing  a troubling history of physical abuse.

However, Michael Lohan has denied his estranged wife’s accusations. He dismissed the claims as lies and even claimed that she was the one who abused him. Lohan asserted that his wife had set him up, claiming that she falsely accused him of stalking and then fabricated the story of him shoving her over a chair. He also alleges that he had video evidence to prove her abuse toward him.

Lohan has been on probation since June 2022. He was accused of soliciting or receiving kickbacks for referring patients to Pride Recovery Center from April to June 2018.
