During his three year tenure as a public defender, he was twice awarded Attorney of the Year for the Collier County office.
With experience as a public defender and in private practice with over 27 years of practical experience in courts from Pinellas to Miami-Dade counties, Mr. Hanuka has dealt with just about every type of misdemeanor, felony and juvenile offense there is, including extensive litigation and courtroom trial experience.
Mr. Hanuka is licensed to handle cases in both the Florida state and federal criminal justice systems.
